A dinner at Stelor always depends on what our fantastic farmers have been able to harvest for the day and what meat or fish we have got hold of and on that we make a hearty dinner! So it depends on the chef's mood, the weather and the ingredients. What we want to offer our guests is a caring and fun evening. Good food without frills but with lots of love from our producers - as we usually say "Don't buy food from strangers"! We think it will be tastier and more sustainable then. So maximize your summer evening at Stelor with not only a musical experience in our barn, but also take the opportunity to eat a good dinner and get an overall experience. At 17.30 you will meet with an aperitif in the garden, which is included, and then we will serve a 3-course concert menu for SEK 745. We make sure to be ready in time for the concert to start, and then you who eat the concert menu also have reserved seats in the rows at the front of the barn. Please state any allergies or special diets as only a set menu is served this evening. A warm welcome to an evening with Food & Music!

Stelor Kitchen opens up for dinners

Mon - Thurs v. 26-32

Monday to Thursday from Midsummer's Eve until mid-August, Stelor Köket will offer a warmer and more curated meal experience with an even greater focus on what is around us. Wilmer and Billal will work with Gunnar's carrots, Daniel's lamb, Peter's spring spelled, Magnus' cheeses, the garden's harvest and a lot of good drinks. In a blissful mixture, we want to highlight the taste of the best from Gotland in our lovely garden and cozy dining room. So let us take care of you and just sit back and enjoy a variety of servings that depend on the weather, wind and the creativity of the kitchen.

Lamb grilling

Barbecue evenings in Stelor's barn every Fri-Sun v.26-32 (unless we have a wedding)

We invite you to a real barbecue party for the whole family. We set up a long table in the barn. Linus grills Gotland eco lamb with a variety of lovely vegetables and stir-fries on the buffet (yes, there are super many good vegetarian options as we also love vegetables) We light the grills and play nice music. In the bar we have our summery sangria and other good drinks for both those who drive and those who don't. Coffee is also included and our own version of saffron pancake is served as dessert.

Fun guest games with our chef friends!

Elvira is an incredible food creator who we are so happy to invite for a guest performance for the first time. Elvira is the creative leader at Restaurang Oxenstjerna in Stockholm, a restaurant that, like us, has a strong focus on locally grown seasonal products and responsibly produced products. Elvira is a super lovely person who spreads joy around her so this evening will simply be about joy. At 19.00 the dinner starts with a variety of servings.
