A dinner at Stelor always depends on what our fantastic farmers have been able to harvest for the day and what meat or fish we have got hold of and on that we make a hearty dinner! So it depends on the chef's mood, the weather and the ingredients. What we want to offer our guests is a caring and fun evening. Good food without frills but with lots of love from our producers - as we usually say "Don't buy food from strangers"! We think it will be tastier and more sustainable then. So maximize your summer evening at Stelor with not only a musical experience in our barn, but also take the opportunity to eat a good dinner and get an overall experience. At 17.30 you will meet with an aperitif in the garden, which is included, and then we will serve a 3-course concert menu for SEK 745. We make sure to be ready in time for the concert to start, and then you who eat the concert menu also have reserved seats in the rows at the front of the barn. Please state any allergies or special diets as only a set menu is served this evening. A warm welcome to an evening with Food & Music!

Jete POP-UP restaurant at Stelor
Sunday - Thursday week 26-32
During the summer of 2025, Gotland-born Wilmer Knutas and friends will take over the restaurant at Stelor. After two years as restaurant manager at Stelor, Wilmer is now taking the helm entirely, leading food and drink at Stelor under his own concept — Jéte!
Jéte aims to be the kind of place where you feel warmly welcomed at the table — a space where things can be both heartfelt and a little lively, even festive.
As in previous years at Stelor, a farm dinner will be served — our signature five-course menu. In addition, there will be a bar menu for those who just want to stop by for a drink or a small bite.
On Thursdays, we’re throwing a big party out on the terrace — and if it happens to rain, we’ll just move the fun inside. Expect great music, maybe some pizza, grilled bites, smaller dishes, and lots of delicious wines by the glass. A celebration, Jéte-style!
The food is prepared with carefully selected ingredients from people we know — people who care deeply about animals, nature, and the land.
Välkummen!

Johanna Skantze Neurotransformative Breathwork (NTB) activates the parasympathetic nervous system (the "feel-good" part of the autonomic nervous system) which produces effects such as lowered heart rate, lower levels of stress hormones and inner peace and tranquility. Your thoughts are stilled and you land in the body. The breath takes place to loud rhythmic music and with a blindfold to block out visual impressions Johanna Skantze is a certified Neurotransformative Breathwork facilitator and works with the leadership of the future.
